Liverpool have told Mario Balotelli he must accept a ‘good behaviour clause’ in his Reds contract before he can complete his switch to Anfield.
Balotelli arrived in England yesterday to finalise his switch to Liverpool after they agreed a £16million fee with AC Milan for his services.
But as the transfer nears conclusion, the madcap striker has been told he must accept a behaviour-related clause in his four-year deal which will see hefty punishments dished put if he repeats some of his previous antics.
According to the Guardian, these including automatic huge fines if he’s late fir training or if he disrupts others during sessions.
Balotelli will also get fined for bringing the club’s name into distribute, if he gets arrested by the police.
The terms are designed to keep the 24-year-old on a tight leash as he returns to the cauldron that is English football.
