Blac Chyna is suing the entire Kardashian family for physical abuse and damaging her brand after the publishing of nude pictures. 

In court document, Chyna, real name Angela Renee White, claims that ‘Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016’. ‘In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season. Rob Kardashian and his powerful, vindictive family have done enough damage to Ms. White’s career and professional reputation, which she singlehandedly built from scratch – without the help of a famous last name. This lawsuit seeks to hold them accountable.’ 

She names Rob, his mother Kris Jenner, his sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West, and Khloé Kardashian, and half-sisters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner in the complaint and asks for unspecified damages.

However TMZ have claimed that sources connected to E! ‘have documentation showing the reason the show was not picked up is because Chyna was making it impossible’ particularly as she refused to be in the same room as Rob.

In September Rob filed his own lawsuit against Chyna in which he claimed that th E! Network had actually declined to offer the couple another season of their reality show due to their relationship being ‘beyond repair’; Chyna’s rep declined to comment on Rob’s lawsuit.

In Chyna’s documents, seen by People magazine, Chyna also claims that Rob assaulted her when she once tried to call her ex-fiance Tyga, who is the father of her son King Cairo; the documents claim that Rob ‘immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees’. 

She alleges that ‘Kardashian lost all control and tore the hinges off of Ms. White’s bedroom door. Ms. White then retreated to the bathroom, hid in the bathroom closet, and locked the door’. 

The court documents also suggest that Chyna suffered injuries from the attack, including ‘pain and difficulty walking for days following the domestic dispute as a result of Rob Kardashian violently knocking her to the ground’. 

The Kardashians have yet to comment.

NOBEL Prize winner Malala Yousafzai has been slated by hateful trolls online - for apparently wearing jeans and heels at Oxford University.

The inspiring young woman has recently started her studies in politics, philosophy and economics but has been targeted by vicious bullies asking "how long till the scarf is off too?"

An unverified photograph appearing to showMalala, who survived an assassination attempt by the Pakistani Taliban, wearing black jeans and brown-heeled boots was published in Pakistan - sparking a furore.

One troll fired: "Look at hypocrite Malala wearing pants! Is she even a Muslim?"

Another said: "That was the reason the bullet directly targeted her head long time ago."

A third said: "Want a nobel prize and getting admission into Oxford University? Step 1: get shot… so much for women rights advocacy lol."

But others have stood up for the childrens' education campaigner, with one saying: "Malala Yousafzai photographed wearing jeans and all the haters go wild. This mentality is what keeps nations and societies in decline."

Another fought back, saying: "More people lost their minds over Malala wearing jeans than when she got shot. Our priorities demonstrate why we are our own worst enemy."

In October 2012, then just 15, Malala was shot by one of the terror group’s gunmen after Taliban leaders decided she should be killed.

The sick terrorists had previously banned girls from going to school and disapproved of her campaigning to improve women's education in her native Pakistan.

After making a recovery and moving to the UK she won a Nobel Peace Prize – the youngest ever laureate – at the age of 17.

The dreaded place of questionable smells, dark tiled walls and the harshest toilet paper you’ve ever used in your whole life. 

Welcome to public toilets. 

The thought of how many people have sat on the same toilet seat, and how many people have ‘forgotten’ to wash their hands on the way out makes most of us shudder. The real question is what diseases are we vulnerable to when using public toilets?

There seems to be a myth that you can catch sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis among others just by walking past a public toilet. 

Before you enter into a blind panic, it is worth mentioning that catching a disease from a public toilet is unlikely. 

To contract these diseases the germs would have to be directly transferred from the toilet seat to your genital tract, or through an open wound or sore on your legs or buttocks. 

You are more likely to be struck by lightning whilst riding a flying pig than catching a sexually transmitted disease from a public toilet seat, so please don’t worry.

You are even less likely to catch a common cold through a quick visit to a public toilet as these germs aren’t capable of hanging around on cold, hard surfaces. 

It could be a possibility that bugs such as E-coli or Salmonella are contractible in a public toilet. 

You have to be exposed to a substantial amount of a virus or bacteria to contract it, and leave your hands unwashed for this to be a risk. 

As long as you remember to wash your hands, your own immune system should protect you from any nasties lurking in the bathroom. 

If you’re in the wrong place (public toilet) at the right time (when the toilet seat is contaminated with germs) it could be a possibility.

You can’t catch a urine infection by using a public toilet, but your behavior while using the public bathroom could make you likely to contract an infection. 

All that squatting and hovering we do to avoid touching the toilet seat, and the mad rush we are in to get out of the toilet cubicle are what can give us a urine infection. 

By not emptying your bladder completely, in a rush or if you are squatting, you are exposing your body to potentially harmful bacteria. 

This can, in turn, increase your chances of getting a urinary tract infection.

If you are still concerned about what could follow you out of the public toilets, then here are some tips to survive:

* Make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after using the toilet

* Carry a travel size antibacterial hand sanitizer for extra protection

* Cover the toilet seat with toilet paper or use antibacterial wipes

It may seem like common sense, but those really are the best tips for keeping germs at bay. 

There are more germs on the floor of a public toilet than the toilet seat itself, so just keep your contact with the floor minimal and you will survive the emergency use of a public toilet. Hang up those handbags!

There is no medical evidence to support the transmission of any diseases from a public toilet. 

Practice good hygiene, and your immune system will do the rest. So take your time, relax and do your thing.

OPC LEADER BECOMES THE 15TH AARE ONA KAKANFO OF YORUBA LAND...

The National Coordinator of the Oodua Peoples Congress, Chief Gani Adams, has been appointed as the 15th Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yorubaland.

The OPC leader had never left anyone in doubt of his resolve to fight for the interest of Yoruba race. He stated, on Tuesday, that he would use his new position to promote the Yoruba culture and fight the cause of the Yoruba race. 'Describing himself as a fighter'.

He, however, said he would moderate his radicalism.

“In Yorubaland, particularly in the old Oyo Empire, the position of the Aare Ona Kakanfo has always been a significant one. Most men given the title were war generals. 

“Otunba Gani Adams’ appointment comes after the demise of the last occupant of the office, Chief MKO Abiola, the acclaimed winner of the June 12 election, who died in incarceration in 1998.

TOURIST DIES AFTER FALLING 30ft FROM AN INDIAN TEMPLE WHILE TAKING A SELFIE...

A British tourist has died after falling 30ft from an Indian temple while he was reportedly taking a selfie. The man, named locally as Roger Stotesbury, 58, is thought to have been on a year-long round the world ‘gap year’ with his wife Hilary when the tragedy happened.

Local sources said he was standing on the edge of a terrace at Lakshmi Temple, in Orchha in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh to get a selfie photo. Onlookers said he ‘suddenly slipped and fell from a height of 30ft’ to the ground, at 4pm on Saturday. Video footage and photographs captured soon after show him being stretchered away from the steps outside the 17th century temple.

A woman believed to be his wife Hilary, 59, can be seen walking alongside her husband, who appears to be conscious. The couple, understood to be from Buckingham, are thought to have embarked on their round the world trip in November 2016.

As you get older, you'd be excused for not gymming every day. I mean, in your 60s you're allowed to slow down a bit, right?

But some people defy all boundaries and they're determined to keep their bodies and minds healthy. Hats off to these energetic grannies right here in South Africa!

These grannies have found a very interesting way to stay fit and healthy - and that's boxing.

Never mind just doing light exercise - they're boxing and throwing a few great left and right hooks. No gym gear, just their skirts, tops, and boxing gloves - and they're good to go! I wouldn't want to be caught in a dark alley with these badass grans!

MAN LIVED WITH DECOMPOSING DEAD BODIES OF HIS MOTHER AND TWIN BROTHER FOR A YEAR...

A Minnesota man who lived with the decomposing dead bodies of his mother and twin brother for a year says he couldn’t bring himself to bury them.

Robert James Kuefler, from White Bear Lake, Minnnesota, lived with the body of his mother, 94-year-old Evelyn Kuefler, and his brother, Richard Kuefler, for around a year before their bodies was discovered.

The 94-year-old had died in August 2015 and his brother before that, but he couldn’t bring himself to bury them, Kuefler told authorities.

According to a complaint, his mother’s body was found decayed and skeletal while his brother’s body was ‘mummified’ when it was found last year.

He has since been charged with interference with a dead body or scene of death because he neglected to tell authorities they died of natural causes, according to St Paul Pioneer Press.

Interference with a dead body is illegal in the US and carries a maximum sentence of a year and may include a $3,000 (£2,295) fine.

RAP STAR 'NELLY' ACCUSED OF RAPE...

Nelly has been arrested for rape, TMZ has reported.

A woman accused the 42-year-old of raping her on his tour bus in Washington early on Saturday morning.

The rapper is on tour with Florida Georgia Line there, and was set to perform in Ridgefield, WA on Saturday night.

Sources said the alleged attack occurred at 3.45AM, and Nelly - whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr - was specifically identified by the victim.

He was charged with second degree rape at 7AM and taken into custody.

Auburn police spokesman Commander Steve Stocker confirmed officers arrested the Grammy-winner early Saturday morning in his tour bus at a Walmart, and that he will have an appearance before a judge 'at some point.'

Nelly's lawyer subsequently claimed he was 'the victim of a completely fabricated allegation.

'Our initial investigation, clearly establishes the allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness,' he said.

'I am confident, once the scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges.

'Nelly is prepared to pursue all all legal avenues to redress any damage caused by this clearly false allegation,' he added.

PRESIDENT TRUMP'S TELEPROMPTER READING OVER LAS VEGAS MASSACRE SHOCKS THE WORLD...

The morning after a shooter opened fire at a concert in Las Vegas, killing at least 50 and wounding hundreds more, President Donald Trump began to read from a teleprompter.

The president praised law enforcement, saying that "in moments of tragedy and horror, America comes together as one."

It was all pretty cookie-cutter, especially considering how the nation and the world has learned to hold its breath at such moments. After all, Trump has proven to be a man capable of saying jaw-dropping things at any moment, behind a podium or not.
