Hit-And-Run Victim Is Brought Back To Life Three Times

A hit-and-run victim was brought back to life three times after his heart stopped. Lee Rose, 23, also had a quarter of his skull removed and needed brain surgery to fix a clot.

The trainee railway worker broke a hand, ribs and collarbone when he was flung into the air by a green people carrier in Leytonstone, East London, on April 21.

As he recovered in hospital yesterday, mum Carol, 43, from Hainault, Essex, said the “maniac” driver must be caught.

She wants to thank a medical student, known only as Laura, who revived Lee at the scene.
